Epoxy countertops create seamless, custom surfaces that can replicate marble, granite, or achieve completely unique designs impossible with natural stone. Unlike tile or stone, epoxy has no grout lines or seams where bacteria can grow. The cured surface is non-porous, stain-resistant, and food-safe. With proper care, professionally installed epoxy countertops last 10+ years—outlasting laminate while offering more design freedom than stone at a lower cost. We use high-quality resins with a protective topcoat rated for heat resistance up to 200°C to maximize durability.
How It Works
We prepare the substrate (existing countertop, MDF, or plywood) for proper adhesion—laminate, tile, and solid surface can often be coated over after proper preparation. A bonding primer is applied, then the epoxy design pour begins. Pigments, metallic powders, and manipulation techniques create marble veining, granite effects, solid colors, or abstract artistic designs. A heat gun removes air bubbles while the epoxy self-levels. Once cured, we apply a protective clear topcoat for UV protection, scratch resistance, and a food-safe surface.

Our Installation Process
Surface Assessment
Evaluating the existing substrate—we can often coat over laminate, tile, or solid surface counters after proper preparation. Damaged or unstable substrates may need replacement.
Substrate Preparation
Cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure proper adhesion. The substrate must be clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Edges are prepared for seamless coverage.
Design Consultation
Finalizing your color scheme, pattern style (marble, granite, metallic, solid, abstract), and any special effects. We create custom samples for approval on larger projects.
Design Pour
Pouring and manipulating the epoxy with pigments and metallics to create your desired pattern. Torching removes air bubbles while the material is workable.
Cure Period
Allowing proper cure time before the topcoat. Rushing this step compromises the final result.
Protective Clear Topcoat
Applying food-safe, UV-stable topcoat for durability, heat resistance, and ease of cleaning. Full cure in 2-4 days depending on conditions.
What's Included
Care & Maintenance
Use cutting boards—never cut directly on epoxy as it will scratch the surface. Use trivets or heat pads for hot pans and pots—even with high heat resistance ratings, direct contact with cookware from the stove or oven can cause damage over time. Clean with mild soap and water or standard multi-surface cleaners; avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive scrubbers that can dull the finish. Wipe up spills promptly—while non-porous, some substances (like turmeric or red wine) can stain if left for extended periods.
