How It Works
We start with aggressive surface preparation, grinding or sanding wood and metal decking to cut a proper adhesion profile. The high-elongation polyaspartic base layer is built for surfaces that move. It stretches and rebounds with the trailer on the highway instead of cracking and letting go like rigid epoxy. Vinyl flake is broadcast into the wet base for texture, appearance and traction. A UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat seals the system, handling fuel, oil, hydraulic fluid and cleaning chemicals, plus sun exposure for trailers stored outside.

Surface Assessment
Inspecting the deck for damage, rot, moisture content and existing coatings, and deciding whether repairs or substrate replacement come first.
Surface Preparation
Grinding or sanding to cut a proper adhesion profile. Existing coatings, paint and sealers come off. Wood decks are checked for moisture and rot.
High-Elongation Polyaspartic Base Coat
The flexible base layer bonds to the substrate and moves with the trailer on the road. This is the layer that keeps the floor from cracking, and it is where standard epoxy fails.
Flake Broadcast
Vinyl flake is broadcast into the wet base coat for texture, appearance and traction. Flake also adds thickness and impact resistance.
Scrape and Vacuum
Once cured, loose flake is scraped and vacuumed off to leave a clean, uniform surface for the topcoat.
Polyaspartic Topcoat
A UV-stable polyaspartic clear coat seals the floor for chemical resistance, fuel and oil protection, and long-term durability.

Care & Maintenance
Sweep out debris regularly. Gravel, dirt and sand will scratch any coating over time. The sealed surface can be hosed out or pressure washed without damage. For stubborn fuel, oil or chemical staining use a mild degreaser and rinse thoroughly. The flake texture handles hard trailer use and still cleans up easily. Avoid dragging sharp edges across the floor when loading.
