Coating Warranty

10-Year Limited Warranty
Our coating systems are built with premium 100% solids epoxy and polyaspartic topcoats, designed to withstand daily use including hot tire pickup, chemical spills, and heavy foot traffic.
What's Covered
- Peeling or delamination from the concrete substrate
- Bubbling or blistering caused by installation defects
- Excessive wear through to concrete under normal use
- Hot tire pickup resistance failure
- Topcoat yellowing or discoloration (UV-stable polyaspartic)
What's Not Covered (All Warranties)
- Damage from impact, scratching, or abrasion
- Chemical spills left for extended periods
- Damage from improper maintenance
- Natural settling or cracking of the concrete substrate
- Damage from flooding or standing water
Maintenance Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Regular sweeping or dust mopping
- Prompt cleanup of chemical spills
- Use of pH-neutral cleaners only
- No rubber mats or rubber-backed floor mats
